Matcha Strawberry Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1/3 cup milk (almond, soy, or any other)
    • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
    • 1/3 cup walnuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare the Base:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, milk, frozen strawberries, matcha green tea powder, and walnuts.
  • Blend on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

2. Assemble the Bowl:

  • Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

3. Prepare the Toppings:

  • In a small bowl, mix 2 tsp of matcha green tea powder with a little water to create a thick paste. This will be used for drizzling over the bowl.

4. Add Toppings:

  • Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the bowl.
  • Add a sprinkle of coconut flakes for an extra touch of flavor and texture.
  • Arrange the sliced banana and blueberries on top of the bowl.

4. Drizzle with Matcha Paste:

  • Using a spoon, drizzle the prepared matcha paste over the top of the bowl. This adds a burst of color and enhances the matcha flavor.

5. Serve:
