Matcha Blueberry Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 frozen bananas
  2. 1/3 milk (almond, soy or any other)
  3. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  4. 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  5. 1/3 cup walnuts

FOR TOPPING:

  1. 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
  2. 1/4 cup walnuts
  3. coconut flakes
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. 6 blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the walnuts
  2. Add and blend all other ingredients for the bowl except toppings, until you get a smooth and thick texture
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl
  4. Add toppings
  5. Enjoy!!
