- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/3 cup walnuts
For the Topping:
-
2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Coconut flakes
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 6 blueberries
Directions
Prepare the Base: In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, milk, frozen blueberries, matcha green tea powder, and walnuts. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Assemble the Bowl: Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Prepare the Toppings: In a small bowl, mix 2 tsp of matcha green tea powder with a little water to create a thick paste. This will be used for drizzling over the bowl.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the bowl. Add a sprinkle of coconut flakes for an extra touch of flavor and texture. Arrange the sliced banana and blueberries on top of the bowl.
Drizzle with Matcha Paste: Using a spoon, drizzle the prepared matcha paste over the top of the bowl. This not only adds visual appeal but also enhances the matcha flavor.
Serve: Your Blueberry Matcha Bowl is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve it immediately with a spoon and enjoy the delightful blend of flavors and textures.
