1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 banana

4-5 strawberries

1 tsp matcha powder

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
Directions
In a small bowl, add the matcha powder.
Then add a little hot water and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
In a medium bowl, add chia seeds and milk. Stir to combine.
Add the matcha mixture to the chia seed mixture, stir.
Place it in the fridge and let it sit overnight, or at least for 2-3 hours.
Place cottage cheese, yogurt, banana, and strawberries in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a cup first, then add the chia pudding on top of it.
Decorate with a topping of your choice.
