Enjoy a blend of Japanese and French flavors with this Matcha Crepe Roll. It's filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, making it a delicious dessert.

1 large egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
1 tablespoon sugar
A pinch of cinnamon
1 packet vanilla powder
1/2 tablespoon oil (for the pan)

2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Fresh strawberries, diced

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg and milk together until well combined.
Sift in the flour, matcha powder, sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla powder.
Whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Let the batter sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with a little oil.
Pour a small ladleful of batter into the center of the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter thinly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to lift, then flip carefully and cook for another 30 seconds.
Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
