1. Simple mango smoothie

Mango fans, this one's for you! Loaded with dietary fiber, folate, vitamins A, B6, and C, and even iron, mangos are one of the healthiest fruits you can eat (or drink!).

Blending Directions:

  1. Place spinach and water in blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Add fruit and blend again.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ½ Cup Spinach
  2. ¾ Cup Water
  3. 1 Orange, Peeled
  4. 1 ½ Cups Frozen Mango
  5. 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
